All Centrel elevator fixtures, buttons accesories have a warranty of two (2) years
from the date of manufacure. The full warranty period begins from the date of shipment
(Lamps are excluded).
All elevator fixtures, buttons and accesories are free of defects in material and workmanship,
and the warranty applies only under normal usage
In case of any defect in the equipment during the warrnty period, Centrel Corporation at its
own discretion, will repair or replace the equipment without charges.
All warranties are subject to proper installation and maintenance by qualified or licensed
personnel.
All defective equipment must be returned to Centrel freight prepaid for evaluation.
Any changes in drawings or components by other than Centrel Corporation personnel will
void the warranty.
All warranties are limited to Centrel's option to the repair and/or replacement of parts of
equipment which upon examination by Centrel's personnel, are judged to be defective and
suject to repair or replacement under warranty.
At no time will new unit equipment be shipped for replacement purposes.
No return of equipment will be accepted without a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION
issued by Centrel Corporation
In no event shall Centrel Corporation be liable for incdental or consequential damages.
This warranty replaces and supercedes any and all previous warranties offered by the Company.
